How many Canvas Prints can I order?
You can order as many Canvas Prints as you like. To submit multiple orders at a time, simply click on the 'order more' button when you have completed the details of your first order. Continue this process until your order is finalised. You can then proceed to checkout to complete the ordering process. How do I supply Canvas This with my images?
You can upload your images direct to our website once you have clicked on the ‘Order Now’ button. If you would prefer to email your image please ensure it is less than 9mb and email it to sales@canvasthis.com.au. Alternatively, you can visit our shop or post your negative or CD to:

Do my photos need to be a specific resolution to enlarge on a Canvas or Custom Wallpaper?
Canvas This will offer you a free evaluation of your image to determine if the resolution is suitable for your selected Canvas Print or wall area. The higher the resolution, the clearer the print. We want to ensure your print is of the highest quality and will therefore asses your image at no cost and advise you of your options of how to obtain the best print from your image.
How do I obtain a proof before a job goes to print?
You can obtain a proof of your Canvas Print by requesting it on the online order form in the comments section, or by emailing sales@canvasthis.com.au. Alternatively, please call us on 03 9380 7788 immediately after your order is placed to arrange a proof.
Do you have a money back guarantee?
Canvas This guarantee that if you are not 100% satisfied with your Canvas Print, we will refund your money back as long as the print is in it’s original condition and is received within 7 working days.

Canvas This provide shipping anywhere in Australia. We deliver our Canvas Prints to all states including VIC, NSW, QLD, WA, ACT & NT. We also offer delivery tracking so if you would like to know where your item is at any time, feel free to contact Canvas This to provide you with an update.
What materials do you use when creating a Canvas Print ?
Canvas This offer both 100% cotton and cotton/polyester matte canvas which is acid free and water resistant, and works exceptionally well with the Epson Archival Ultra Chrome K3 inks used to create prints. The K3 ink set is know for its outstanding durability, with a lifespan of up to 75 years in colour and over 100 years in black & white.
We also laminate your Canvas Prints at no extra cost to ensure they are protected. Laminating involves spraying your print which acts as a coating to prevent chipping, marking, mould and laminating also enhances the colours of your image.
Our canvas frames are of a high quality and are kiln dried, which means they will not shrink, expand or lose shape over time. The frame edges are beveled (slightly cut away from the side that faces the canvas), to prevent markings or impressions from occurring.
The quality of our Canvas Prints is second-to-none and all of our work is completed in house so we know your product is being constructed with some of the finest quality materials available on the market.
